Tier 1 Prizes:

  • One (1) student organization will win $1000!*

  • One (1) student organization will win two free Student Center bookings up to $500.00 each

Tier 2 Prizes:

  • Two (2) student organizations will win one free Student Center booking up to $250.00

  • Five (5) student organizations will win $100.00 for Organizational Maintenance

  • Ten (10) student organizations will win $50.00 for Involvement Fair giveaways

  • Twenty (20) student organizations will win $25.00 Student Center vouchers for food at a general meeting

Contest Rules and Regulations:

Only organizations currently recognized by Student Centers and Involvement and able to re-register for the 2017-2018 Academic Year are eligible for these incentives. Re-registration must be successfully completed by the 2017-2018 organization officers on the getINVOLVED website, by June 15 to be eligible for Tier 2 Prizes.

To be eligible for Tier 1 Prizes, your organization must complete these three additional tasks on the getINVOLVED website:

  • Update your organization’s profile picture

  • Update your organization’s cover photo

  • Upload a flyer for general meetings** to your organization’s document section

And at least 2 of:

  • Upload at least one more cover photo for your organization’s page

  • Have at least one photo album in the gallery featuring 2016-2017 academic year events or photos

  • Have at least one news item posted about a Spring 2017 semester event or Spring 2017 semester accomplishments

  • Post on the discussion board a welcome to new members and some goals for the coming year

*$1000 prize is a Special Allocation that must be spent in the 2017-2018 academic year in consultation with the organization’s Student Centers and Involvement assigned Advisor. No part of these funds may be spent without prior approval by the Advisor.

**Flyer should be a JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, or PDF, no larger than 10MB, that states your organization name and meeting. It should not list dates or locations, as it will be uploaded to your meeting events over the summer. Image should be at least 1024px by 600px. Organizations that hold auditions should submit a flyer for an information session or audition session.
